This document presents the User Administration interface, and then explains in detail how the authentication process works. Some of this information applies only to ZEPRS, but many of the concepts are shared by all Zcore implementations.

ZEPRS-specific: First you must create a user w/ the php-based admin app. The php app inserts a new user into mail.accountuser and userdata.address and creates an imap account for the user. The ZEPRS admin app assigns the user to a group that has permissions to use parts of the ZEPRS application.
