Form Metadata in Zcore

The import process also creates default settings for the form and creates a new database table named routineantenatal as well as the form’s field elements as columns in the new database. The form is placed in the Intake flow. The user may access this form by clicking the “Intake” link when viewing a patient record.

To access this form metadata, from the side nav click Form Admin -> Form Administration page.

To view the imported fields, click the “Items” link.
