What is the usual process for using the ZEPRS system?

If it’s the patient’s first visit, you’ll need to fill out the New Patient form is she’s not available from the Search. After you submit this form, the system will feed you a series of forms, one after another, which are used to gather patient history. There are similar to the forms you fill out in the Blue book:

• Pregnancy Dating – This form helps you identify the patient’s EGA

• Previous pregnancies

• Medical/Surgical history

• Current medicine (If necessary)

Once you’re done with these forms, you may begin your typical exams:

• Routine Antenatal visit

• Initial Visit Physical exam

• Safe motherhood Care
