Patient Death

The following forms set the patient's status as "dead:"

  • Maternal Death - Disposition field
  • Postnatal Infant Visit - Infant status field
  • Infant Problem/Postnatal Visit - Infant status field

This status is reflected in the patient search "Dead?" column and is stored in the "dead" field in the patient table.
