Description of the tables in the Admin schema

In a completely new instance of Zcore, many of the tables in the admin database are empty, to be populated once the user creates forms using Zcore's Dynasite form creation tool. Some of the tables are pre-populated for convenience; however, they may be deleted in future builds.

RULE_DEFINITION empty used to store rule defiitions entered using dynasite
