Manual updates

Some updates need to be supervised. Manual updates provide a log that is displayed and saved to a file. Prepare the update in a folder with a manifest.txt file along with any files needed for the update. Zip the directory and place in updates/manual.The Manual updates are displayed in a listing from the Updates page:

Once the update has completed it will be moved to updates/archive. The system displays the log and an indication of success/failure of each command. The log is stored in the site's pending folder, which can be automatically uploaded if that option is available.
