New Patient Flow

ZEPRS provides a wizard-style series of forms when processing a patient through the intial visit. The most appropriate form is presented after each form submission. Forms are presented in the following order:

• Patient Registration and Identification
• Pregnancy Dating
• Previous Pregnancies - can add additional pregnancies. Click Done to proceed to next form.
• Medical/Surgical History - clicking "Currently Taking medicine" will take user to Current Medicine page
• Current Medicine (only if Currently Taking medicine" clicked in Medical/Surgical History)
• Routine Antenatal Visits - click "Problem?" takes to Problem or Labour visit page
• Initial Visit Physical Exam - This form is submitted only *once*for a patient. A new Initial Visit Physical Exam is not submitted with each new pregnancy.
