Patient Sync (no longer in-use)

The Publisher page has a list of all site's rss feeds. Right-click on the feed's RSS url and copy. Paste this url in the subscription page to subscribe to the remote site's feed.

This concept is very similar to how you subscribe to a news feed or a blog on my.yahoo.com or other newsreader services. In fact, I'm using a library called Rome that is designed for this purpose. The feed and patient xml files are password protected. The log provides details of each update.

Update data is saved in the updatelog table.
