Steps to add a new offline mode site
You will need to change the home page on all of the other pc's at Matero ref to point to the new pc instead of the live ZEPRS site. My main advice for implementing this new site: don't let any new patients be created on the main ZEPRS server once you've begun changing over the local pc's. If a new patient is created on the master ZEPRS pc by a user at the new site who is not using the new local server, and then a new patient is created on the new local server, both users will probably have the same id, and the local version will not sync to the master server due to a duplicate id problem.
Steps:
1. All local users at the new site need to stop using ZEPRS until you complete the changeover.
2. Update the local site w/ the zeprs feed: login as zepadmin to the
new site server, Go to Admin ->Site subscriptions -> Click
"Update ZEP".
3. Change the home page to point to this new site
4. Local users at the new site may resume work using the local site.
