Eligible for ARV's Report

The Eligible for ARV's report generates a listing of patient who have taken lab tests in which the CD4 count is <=350 or null. If the patient also has made ARV regimen visits, relevant data such as date of last regimen visit and enrollment status are provided. Patient contact information is also listed.
