Backing up a previous version of the software

To backup the application, open the file explorer and rename the directoy where the application is stored. Please follow these steps:

• Close the application.
• Open the file explorer and view the C drive. (Double-click "My Computer" on your desktop and navigate to the C drive).
  
• The application is usually stored in C:\zephyr. So, to back it up, rename the directory called "zephyr" to "zephyrBak" (or whatever name you choose - for example, add todays date to the end of the filename).
  • To re-name the directory, right-click on the directory and select "Rename."
    
  • Enter the new directory name
    
  • If you get a warning about re-naming the directory, click "Yes."
    
  • Now you may safely perform the installation of the software.
